Rose Bay Residence | Sydney
The expansive 880 sq metre residence, encompassing five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a study, wine cellars, home cinema, gym, swimming pool, garage, and a lift, required seamless integration through an easy-to-control system.
Working in collaboration with Popov Bass Architects, we harnessed the power of a Savant control system, complete with a fully customised plan-based interface, to breathe life into this space. Our focus lay in complementing the architectural design, accentuating its curves, and maximising natural light with our technology integration.
Our comprehensive integration extended across all floors, encompassing security, HVAC, CCTV, access control, audiovisual systems, remote access, lighting, and automated features, including blinds.
A particular passion project for our clients was the design and integration of the home cinema. Their desire was to replicate the experience of a real cinema, necessitating acoustic design integration, top-tier visual quality, and impeccable sound integration. As a result, the cinema quickly became the most utilised area in the house.
